• As part of the sales excellence you demonstrate, you will be able to • Exceed all event revenue, contract growth and customer number targets. • Nurture our existing client accounts developing relationships with multiple points of contact to grow revenue, increasing both average spend and frequency of spend across portfolio. • Enable significant new business growth - creating a pursuit list of our desired clients and a plan on how we will secure them. • Gain client insight and feed into our event development strategy to create innovative new propositions and fresh commercial opportunities. • Develop a deep understanding of our products, our competitors, and our client landscape to enable high level credibility to maximize impact on sales discussions and therefore revenue generated. • Self-source leads and new opportunity streams by studying internal and external channels. • Collaborate productively with all internal teams and colleagues to enable agile thinking and fast progress
• Consistent top sales performer with an extensive track record of event sales to senior level client contacts. • Significant experience of working in the asset management sector and strong understanding of SP/GP/LP dynamic • Client focused and proactive with entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen • Passionate, Energetic & Enthusiastic for identifying and securing new business • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build and leverage relationships both internally and externally • You are a strategic thinker, self-motivated & collaborative • Curious and Inquisitive • High sense of urgency • Creative & Innovative • Solution oriented / collaborative • The ability to multitask
