Description

• The role is focused on the production and development of commercial reports to support stakeholders across the business to understand trading and financial performance. • This role is responsible for the accuracy and development of reports which enable weekly, monthly and adhoc analysis of KPIs, sourcing and processing from our data management and accounting systems. • Additionally, this role will have responsibility for month end journal management and postings for marketing and the distribution centre. • You will be working closely with the Commercial / FP&A Manager and Senior Commercial Finance Manager to deliver insights and recommendations to both finance and non-finance senior leadership and management teams to enhance business decision making.

Requirements

• Studying towards a professional finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) • Retail and Ecommerce KPI reporting and analysis experience required • Power BI experience a must • Oracle experience or similar planning tool preferable • Management Accounts experience (journal posting, data reconciliations) • Written and Verbal Communication Skills - able to provide clear and concise insights to finance and non-finance senior management • Problem Solving - Analyze and understand complex data and able to identify errors and course of actions to resolve problems • Results Focused - delivers work end to end to conclusion in a planned and controlled manner • Excel (Advanced) - demonstrable experience of building reports from scratch / blank canvas
