• Metaview is growing rapidly, and we want to go even faster. • The Ops and Finance Manager will work directly with Metaview’s founders. • Take the lead on ensuring we have world-class visibility into our finances. • Assist with and, over time, own company-level reporting of our core business metrics. • Drive proactive analysis, research, or experiments into opportunity areas for accelerated growth. • Obsess over our operational cadence as a fast-growing business. • This role is about operational leverage to maximize our capacity to get work done.
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in top-tier consulting or ops roles at high-performing tech companies. • Strong academic background. • Strong foundation in financial principles. • Technology, business, and innovation is your favourite topic. • Sharp analytical skills. Excel/Gsheets wizard, and SQL a strong plus. • Appreciate analysis is less than half the job. It’s there to serve execution. • Have a desire to get your hands dirty across a broad range of opportunities: from financial modeling, to reporting, to HR, to obsessing over how to create a phenomenal environment for the team to do the best work of their lives.
