Description

•You will be working within the Finance Team •Take responsibility for forecasting for the business •Engaging with senior stakeholders to develop financial forecasts •Responsible for Financial MI - maintaining and analysing monthly results •Support decision support activities for business leaders •Inform and challenge business leaders on their performance against budget

Requirements

•Very strong financial analysis and accounting skills •Extensive modelling experience either within an FP&A or advisory role •Knowledge or experience of insurance •Strong commercial acumen •Strong analytical thinking and problem solving •A desire to innovate and introduce innovative ideas that will benefit the business •Knowledge and experience in working with large data sets •Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure •Expert influencer with experience at communicating findings •Strong business partnering skills. Promote collaboration with business functions •ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 1-2 years post-qualification experience
