Description

• We are looking for a dynamic and commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join our team. • You will be the key link between the finance department and operational business units, providing strategic and financial insights to drive decision-making and improve business performance. • This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to support the continued growth and success of BJSS. • Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Partnering, Cost Management, Revenue Assurance, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Engagement.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within a tech, consulting or similar environment • Strong financial modelling and analysis capabilities with a high level of attention to detail • Ability to understand and interpret business drivers and translate them into financial outcomes and recommendations • Strong proficiency in Excel. Experience with Sales Force would be beneficial • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders • A self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to build strong relationships and influence across multiple teams and levels within the organisation
