Description
• Oversee financial reporting, group consolidation, and month-end processes. • Lead the preparation of group accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. • Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights and drive financial performance. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors. • Drive process improvements to streamline accounting functions.
Requirements
• Strong accounting background with solid experience in financial reporting and consolidations. • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (FRS102 UK GAAP) • Insurance industry experience (preferred but not essential). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be working with various teams and senior stakeholders. • A proactive, energetic attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
