Description
• Sit in FP&A team reporting into CFO. • Support the FP&A Manager in developing operating and financial forecasts, budgets, and market guidance. • Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects. • Support senior decision making with financial analysis and sensitivity scenarios. • Support monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and Board-level monthly reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IR, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, HR. • Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions. • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
• Accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA preferred) or similar (CFA, etc). • Professional experience from audit practice or finance-related role. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis. • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and take the initiative. • Strong financial modelling skills; highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. • Willingness to work flexibly to accommodate reporting deadlines across the year. • Desirable: Experience in Workday / Adaptive Planning. • Desirable: Understanding of SaaS metrics/software industry.
