Description
• The Finance Administrator is responsible for back-up to the Treasury Accountant function • Assists Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable with banking related tasks • Assists Invoicing with sourcing missing paperwork • Performs daily bank activity downloads, analysis, forecasts, and reconciliation • Supports Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable with various tasks • Responsible for accounting entries for billable shop work orders
Requirements
• College diploma in Finance, Accounting or related field • Advanced MS Excel skills • Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products and strong computer skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Good communications skills (written and verbal) • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple high priority tasks • Strong self-discipline and initiative • Creative and effective problem-solving ability • Ability to work with minimal supervision
