Description
• WeFlex is seeking a Fleet Insurance & Risk Manager to manage fleet insurance policy. • Responsible for managing fleet risk and implementing risk management strategies. • Monitor and analyze claims and policy performance. • Communicate risk management strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the insurance/motor claims sector • Experience of using data to improve claims performance • Experience using PowerBI or similar tools is highly desirable • Experience working with a fleet telematics system and utilising telematics data is highly desirable • Can demonstrate a proven track record of successfully achieving KPIs and targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide-range of stakeholders within the organisation and externally. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to track and interpret metrics and data. • Strong self-motivation and enthusiasm to drive and influence change. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Proficient in using MS Office (including Excel) software. • This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will be required to work at least 3 days from our office based in West Acton.
