Description
• Collaborate with Tech and Business Intelligence teams to improve portfolio risk monitoring • Run end-to-end portfolio risk management; detect trends, analyse non-payment or fraud, propose solutions • Identify predictive variables for underwriting rules to optimise risk decisions • Monitor and optimise underwriting and pricing decisions at partnership and portfolio levels • Work with Sales and Ops on risk assessing and pricing new deals • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to understand risk performance metrics
Requirements
• A degree in STEM or other numerical subjects • Interest or experience in Fintech or Consulting • A desire to develop analytical skills using SQL, Google Sheets or Excel for data extraction, manipulation and visualisation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask • Comfortable in a fast-paced and tech-driven startup environment • A strong work ethic with keen attention to detail • A commercial mindset, curious, creative and can take initiative • Nice to have: Coding experience in Python • Previous experience in managing risk underwriting and pricing analysis • Experience working with data visualisation tools • Prior work experience within payments, finance or banking • An additional European language
