Description
• The Risk Manager will work with the senior risk manager and the broader risk team to roll-out the relevant Group risk management process and policies in line with the approved Group Risk Framework, including the delivery of appropriate training to risk and control owners, with a focus on building a risk culture across the group.
Requirements
• Supporting the Compliance Director and Senior Risk Manager in the delivery of the Group Risk Plan, including all planned activities. • Supporting the Senior Risk Manager in the preparation of high-quality risk reporting to both the Compliance & Risk Committee and the CFCU and Group Boards, as required and directed. • Maintaining and operating risk management systems and controls and supporting policies and procedures for all Group entities. • Help implement, and lead on, the monitoring and reporting of the Group Risk Appetite statements and tolerance metrics. • Manage and maintain Group Risk Management processes, including risk and control reviews, risk appetite, key risk indicator monitoring and risk event reporting.
