Description
• Achieve a world class Total Patient Experience that both maximizes the retail sales but also supports the patients’ medical needs • Trained to dispense and fit glasses and contacts, working from the prescriptions written by Optometrists and Ophthalmologists. They connect the patient needs to the good and services we offer.
Requirements
• Associates Degree; with a minimum of 1 year in a customer interactive position or equivalent combination of education and experience • Basic computer skills • Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to read, analyze and interpret insurance forms • Favorable result on Background Check • Must have own vehicle and be insured, licensed driver in current state of residence • Must be at least 18 years of age
