• Ownership and management of multiple enterprise-level accounts, primarily within Financial Services. • Develop a deep understanding of our client's industry and business, strategic objectives, organisation, culture, people, technology, pain points and change agenda to understand the strategic partnership and commercial opportunities for Waracle. • Create, maintain and execute strategic account plans that define our strategic aspirations and executable growth and risk management plans that align with our core services and capabilities. • Develop strong and trusted senior-level relationships with our clients, understand individual goals and motivations and actively position Waracle as a high-value strategic partner. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and excellent overall service delivery. • In collaboration with Waracle delivery teams, ensure seamless project delivery, mitigate risks and provide exceptional service and value. • Proactively identify and diligently pursue growth opportunities within accounts. • Collaborate with Waracle’s technical and delivery experts to create custom solutions for our clients and manage the sales process end-to-end. • Accurately track sales leads and opportunities, manage commercials and report to senior management on account and opportunity status. • Contribute to Waracle's overall client strategy, share best practices and promote team collaboration.
• Demonstrable experience directing the multi-year growth of large Financial Services accounts for a design/technology consulting business. • Strong sales experience and the ability to identify, proactively pursue and win new business opportunities in both existing accounts and with prospective clients. • Understanding of the digital product development lifecycle and demonstrable understanding of technology and software delivery including design, agile delivery, mobile, web, cloud, data & AI. • Strong ability to collaborate with and guide multi-disciplinary teams to achieve goals and deliver to deadlines. • Ability to execute successfully in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
