Description
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance control: Month End reporting, VAT submissions, R&D tax claims, balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining accurate accounts and payroll • Build, lead and maintain the finance function, defining processes and procedures - play a key role in shaping the function • Producing and interpreting financial reporting both internally and externally when needed, managing the year end audit process as well as any other duties reasonably requested to support the business from a Finance perspective
Requirements
• 2 to 3 years post qualified experience working in the finance profession • ACA or ACCA qualified • Advanced technical skills and analytic skills incl. Excel/Google Sheet • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Confident speaking with key stakeholders at various levels, including external advisors and auditors • Detail oriented whilst working under pressure and within tight deadlines • A team player that is self driven with a growth mindset
