Requirements
• Assist the Chargeback team in completing daily and weekly chargeback reports. • Use third-party software to count brand mentions per order in excel reports. • Ensure all image-only content is picked up and counted in reports. • Assist in creating state invoices via Xero accounting software. • Maintain database with product uploads and price changes. • Review project data and files for alignment with specifications. • Identify and escalate urgent issues for resolution. • Work flexibly with US team, occasionally adjusting hours. • Participate in client calls, taking notes and maintaining project timelines. • Collaborate on process and system improvements with internal teams.
