• You’ll be responsible for supporting our London office and ensuring smooth People Operations processes. • Your key tasks will include: • Ensure the accuracy of all employment documents and maintain precise and up-to-date employee records. • Update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are consistent with any changes in legislation and best practices. • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes, oversee benefits management, and handle visa application processes. • Maintain the internal database and HRIS to ensure employee records are accurate and current. • Generate various reports and participate in compensation and benefits projects, providing insights and support. • Participate in HR projects, including events management and broader people operations initiatives. • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, assist new joiners, and support local staff with office administration and management.
• A strong interest in the HR domain with a generalist focus • Studies or certifications in HR-related fields • Solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • A commitment to integrity and dependability • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
