Description
• Provide initiative, advice, and coaching across the entire human resources and employee relations spectrum • Guide on the entire employee lifecycle and lead company-wide initiatives • Improve and streamline HR processes without compromising compliance
Requirements
• Previous experience as a People Administrator or People Advisor with responsibility for HR processes • Vital to be a people person over a process person • Being the advocate for all HR best practices • Ability to treat all matters with integrity and absolute confidentiality • Ideally managing a varied caseload of ER with proven experience applying employment law • Experience using HR systems (Factorial and Workable)
