Description
• Manage inbound calls and speak to customers looking to leave or add services • Meet call handling KPIS • Hitting sales targets • Going through outstanding tasks and call backs • Attend training and upskilling sessions • Participate in team huddles
Requirements
• Previous sales experience • Resilient and persuasive • 'Can do' attitude and motivated to improve yourself • Able to meet targets • Excellent relationship building skills
