• Liaising with project departments to understand projects and capabilities • Coordinating promotional activities and analysing campaign success • Supporting with CRM platform and managing contracts • Conducting direct outreach to prospective clients • Assisting with bid management and research • Collaborating with external agencies for high quality copy • Analysing and reporting on sales performance • Organising events and exhibitions to showcase services • Lead generation research and identifying key pitch points • Assisting with contract handovers and onboarding clients
• Dynamic and pro-active attitude with strong example of taking initiative in previous roles • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce • Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Previous experience within the intelligence/security sector is desirable • Experience with Tableau, Excel, Market Intelligence tools
