• The Marketing Intelligence (Datorama) Specialist will play a critical role in leveraging the Datorama platform to enhance our marketing analytics capabilities • You will be responsible for the integration, analysis, and visualization of data to support our marketing strategies and drive informed decision-making across the organization • Integrate various data sources (CRM, web analytics, social media, advertising platforms) into Datorama • Implement and maintain data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability • Develop and maintain ETL processes within Datorama • Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Datorama • Visualize key marketing metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights • Customize dashboards to meet the needs of different stakeholders • Monitor and optimize the performance of dashboards and data processes • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand business goals and translate them into data requirements • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing performance • Serve as the Datorama subject-matter-expert within the organization • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration and visualization • Stay up-to-date with the latest Datorama features and best practices • Maintain thorough documentation of processes, methodologies, and workflows • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, and Sales • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner • Train and support team members on the use of Datorama • Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure their data needs are met
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data integration, and visualization • Proven experience with Datorama is essential • Strong proficiency in Datorama, including data modelling, ETL processes, and dashboard creation • Experience with other analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI) • Proficiency in SQL and other programming languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation and analysis • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights • Comprehensive problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
