Description
• Work as a Customer Care Agent with B2B customers to support their Business Travels • Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches at TravelPerk
Requirements
• Excellent English, spoken and written • Previous customer care or contact center experience and an interest in travel • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service • Flexibility in shifts • Independent and autonomous • Good prioritization and focus skills • Empathy towards understanding customer needs • Fast learner and tech-savvy • Flexible and positive mindset to adapt to constant changes • Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
