Description
• An interesting position with lots of opportunities for progression in a brand new establishment • Working with an exciting customer base with strong forecasts for growth • Handling incoming calls, answering emails, identifying and evaluating customers’ needs to provide satisfaction • Engaging customers and purchasing stock • General operations in the POS • Communicating with colleagues and providing customers with updates • Picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts • Managing shipping and processing goods in • General warehouse operations
Requirements
• Full UK driving license required • Approachable, all-rounded customer support/warehouse op candidates • Thrives under pressure • Delivers exceptional customer service • IT skills advantageous • Forklift license would be a big plus • Warehouse and/or customer service experience
