Description
• Reporting to VP Growth marketing and remaining of the Growth marketing team to drive growth • Building and developing a first class cross-functional Martech role providing direction on budget allocation and driving our incrementality roadmap • Developing MMM model to help decide the optimum media channel in each market considering maturity stages • Ownership of the existing marketing technology stack including acquisition and lifecycle management • Suggest solutions to optimize the use of marketing technology • Design, scope, and specify martech projects • Overseeing our Refer a Friend program across all our markets • Working very closely with key cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
• Martech experience: Demonstrated success in leading significant martech initiatives and marketing channel mix optimisation. • Business acumen and analytical approach: Understanding of key business drivers and ability to align marketing objectives appropriately. Analytical, data-driven, ROI-focused and motivated by capturing market share through the most effective use of budget • Digital, Technology and Growth experience: Preferably have digital/tech sector experience within a high-growth, fast-paced environment
