Description
• Defining the go-to-market value proposition and strategic roadmap from scratch • Drive performance against key top-line and bottom-line KPIs • Develop an in-depth understanding of both existing and untapped customer segments • Establish partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and healthcare stakeholders • Identify market expansion opportunities through targeted growth initiatives • Allocate budget across channels to optimize CAC & CLV • Grow and lead a high-performance marketing team, and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
Requirements
• Strong passion for preventative health and a deep desire to build a business in this field • Significant track record in scaling direct-to-consumer brands, particularly with extensive experience in performance marketing • Demonstrated leadership experience managing diverse teams • Excellent communication and relationship skills to effectively share knowledge and influence decision-making across diverse teams • Initiative-driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment • Hands-on and continuous delivery attitude • Native or fluent English proficiency (additional languages are a bonus but not necessary)
