• Expanding existing customer accounts • Deliver world-class services to high-risk and enterprise customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business. • Build effective relationships with assigned and prospective customers, understanding their needs, and identifying and converting upsell opportunities. • Support the overall commercial strategy and priorities of Track24. • Drive positive relationships through the delivery of industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction.
• Demonstrated experience in Account Management within B2B/Enterprise software sales. • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and profitability. • Ability to generate new sales through effective upselling and cross-selling and expansion opportunities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong presentation and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent service. • Prior experience in SaaS and start-up/scale-up environments is highly desirable.
• Commission structure to be discussed and explained during the interview process • Hybrid working environment (1-2 days per week in our London office, based opposite King's Cross Station) • 25 days annual leave
