â˘In this role you will work closely with our Operations Director and GMs to drive year-over-year growth, launch new venues and uncover new opportunities for the brand. â˘Your focus will include coordinating with our central and venue teams to enhance the guest experience, while also supporting P&L management, cost control, and maintaining high service and quality standards. â˘We operate in a space where challenging the status quo and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit are key. â˘Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry â˘Strong leadership and team management skills. â˘Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. â˘Analytical and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial analysis. â˘Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements. â˘Fluency in English; French is desired but not essential
