Description

•In this role you will work closely with our Operations Director and GMs to drive year-over-year growth, launch new venues and uncover new opportunities for the brand. •Your focus will include coordinating with our central and venue teams to enhance the guest experience, while also supporting P&L management, cost control, and maintaining high service and quality standards. •We operate in a space where challenging the status quo and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit are key. We seek individuals who are ready to embrace the philosophy that the best idea wins and are committed to fully owning their initiatives with passion and dedication.

Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry •Strong leadership and team management skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. •Analytical and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial analysis. •Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements. •Fluency in English; French is desired but not essential
