• Assisting in the operational aspects of the Managed Portfolio Service • Being a primary platform user • Checking of trading activities across platforms • Knowledge and understanding of our internal Portfolio Management System and assisting in the development of efficiencies through this system • Portfolio Management System administration including AUM approval, on-going maintenance of SAA records, mapping of funds, maintenance of mandate tolerances, updating of client records etc. • Assisting with client communication pre and post dealing • Assisting with sending of weekly and monthly client reporting • Logging of client reports sent to clients • Maintenance of client contacts list • Operational support in relation to client records including a CRM or similar system for centralisation of business information. • Assisting with production and checking of market update reports, factsheets, investment committee packs and any other client reporting requirements.
• Expected to have some relevant experience • Excellent time management and the ability to work in an organised and efficient way • Strong attention to detail is essential • Be able to work confidently as part of a team or independently • IT literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office programs • Experience of investment platforms and discretionary portfolio management is desirable although training will be provided on platforms and MPS operations.
