• Ensure our daily cash management processes are robust, our payment flows are efficient, and our payment partners are delivering the best possible service • Ensure our payments processes comply with EMI regulations • Support the preparation of internal and external reports for submission with the regulator • Analyse payments data and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes, working closely with Product and Tech to implement these • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies within our books and records • Work closely with Finance, Collections and Data & Analytics to improve reporting for all payments related processes • Promptly deal with escalations and queries from our Customer Support team • Support the wider Operations and Finance teams with ad-hoc requests • Ensure that our payment policies and processes are regularly updated and reflect any regulatory changes
• You have at least 2 years of experience in an operational or accounting role within banking or finance or payments • You have a general understanding of EMI rules and regulations • You have a high sense of ownership and accountability and are proactive about identifying and solving problems • You have strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian, another European language is a plus • You are diligent, with a high attention to detail • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a multinational team • You can adapt to new systems easily • You’re interested in fintech and thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
