• Responsible for the entire invoice to cash process across the digital and managed solutions of the business • Deliver administration support to various teams across our sales and finance functions whilst maintaining a strong collection performance • Fast-paced role, including raising invoices, cash reconciliation, and chasing debt
• Responsible for chasing the EMEA ledger in full (approx. 110 accounts) • Working to a monthly cash & aged debt target • Provide weekly/monthly updates to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader • Ensure efficient and timely resolutions of invoice queries, including raising any credit notes that may be required • Reducing aged debt to ensure no account is older than 60 days • Recording and banking cheques and ensuring they are deposited in a timely manner • Maintain regular contact with operators and clients to build relationships • Being the main point of contact for billing the EMEA region • Consistently reconciling the EMEA debtor accounts • Provide support to the wider finance team where required • Responsible for billing for the entire EMEA region across our digital and managed solution including quarterly rent invoices, commission invoices and ad-hoc recharges. • Posting cash onto debtor accounts • Liaising with local bookkeepers across multiple entities to collate information to be reported • Work with the global Accounts Receivable team and management accountant team to provide sufficient reporting • Provide feedback to Management on any issues/improvements that can be made to processes
