• Assist customers with product information, status updates on existing tax returns, tax inquiries, and technical support, ensuring a positive and helpful experience. • Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing prompt and effective solutions to meet their needs. • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and promote loyalty to our brand. • Engage with our accountant partners to collect feedback, handle partnership queries, and clarify services. • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide valuable insights to customers. • Work closely with our product and engineering teams to raise technical issues, ensuring a seamless customer journey. • Maintain high-quality standards in all customer interactions, adhering to company policies and procedures. • Track and analyse key stats to help produce monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach. • Prior customer service experience in an office setting is preferred. • A degree or equivalent work experience is desired. • Phone call/live chat experience preferred. • Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is desirable. • A passion for technology and a desire to become an expert in our product. • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technology. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and resilience in handling challenging situations. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments. • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet customer needs.
