Description
• The Fleet Support Specialist is responsible for comprehensive support to the fleet management team. • Ensure smooth operation, procurement, maintenance, and optimisation of the organisation's fleet of vehicles. • Encompasses a variety of tasks ranging from administrative duties to technical support.
Requirements
• Previous experience in fleet management, automotive service coordination, or related field. • Knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using fleet management software or databases. • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. • Experience in PCN’s and Speeding fines process (highly desirable)
