Description
• Our ideal candidate will excel in business operations as well as developing new systems and processes. • You will report directly to, and mostly work alongside, our CEO, Stanislav, as well as collaborating with our product and sales teams at times. • Your work will be split between running the day-to-day business operations and various ad hoc projects supporting the CEO. • Examples of these projects may include analyzing per unit costs, reviewing legal contracts, negotiating external provider rates and planning team offsites.

• You are able to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly and excel at working to tight deadlines! • You are a problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take ownership of tasks by applying your organisational skills, structured thinking, and ability to work independently. • You thrive in situations with frequent change and ambiguity, find excitement in shifting tasks and requirements, and can logically dissect complex problems into manageable steps while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks. • You possess a hands-on approach, take initiative, aim to learn quickly, and continuously improve along the way. • You excel in communication, both written and verbal, and play a key role in ensuring alignment throughout the company. • You seek a job that offers significant learning opportunities and are comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth setting, valuing collaboration with colleagues in the office. • Nice-to-have: Experience in financial modelling or tech product management, whether through coursework or practical roles.
