• Communicating with drivers: Providing drivers with the necessary information and support to complete their deliveries efficiently • Coordinating with warehouse teams: Ensuring shipments are ready and dispatched on time • Liaising with delivery team: Collaborating to ensure driver schedules are filled and any issues are promptly addressed • Cross-departmental liaison: Working with other departments to address and resolve situations related to driver performance and behaviour • Performance monitoring: Tracking and reporting on driver performance metrics • Problem-solving: Addressing and resolving any delivery-related issues that arise
• Prior live operations or dispatch experience preferred, though not necessary • Excellent skills in interpersonal relations, driver management and written communication • Capable of managing multiple tasks and solving problems effectively • Committed to delivering exceptional service and going beyond customer expectations • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Adept at recognising and prioritising multiple tasks and responsibilities
