• Provide support to applicants and riders over the phone and by email for multiple markets • Work to targets, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality • Escalate issues with proposed solutions and share feedback with your manager • Be willing to help out on a range of admin tasks • Identify trends of fraudulent behaviour • Support colleagues in 1st line support with escalated queries • Saturday and Sunday are mandatory, the future candidate will need to have availability to work every weekend
• You are fluent in English and Dutch, spoken and written • Have at least +1 year experience customer service agent , phone call and email handling • You are target-driven and passionate to ensure that the department is providing riders with world class support • You can work weekends and bank holidays when needed. • You have a university degree or equivalent experience • You have experience in Operations or in Customer services environment • Zendesk experience • G-Sheets experience • Experience handling escalations
