Description

•Join the Activation Squad in guiding new merchants through SumUp’s product ecosystem. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams for merchant onboarding and activation. •Optimize the merchant journey by addressing activation pain points. •Design strategies for merchants to discover and adopt product offerings. •Use data-driven insights to enhance product experiences for long-term growth.

Requirements

•5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in digital product development, preferably with a strong background in product-led growth •A proven ability to drive product initiatives, working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results •A can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership, capable of independently solving complex problems •Exceptional communication skills, with experience creating clear, well-structured narratives to influence stakeholders at all levels •A pragmatic approach to experimentation, with the ability to quickly iterate, test new ideas, and validate hypotheses to drive continuous improvement and impact key performance metrics •Strong analytical mindset and user empathy to define hypotheses, identify opportunities, and measure impact on KPIs •Experience aligning diverse stakeholders, building consensus on priorities, and driving collaborative efforts towards shared goals
