Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 4+ years of experience working on funnel optimization, growth, or monetization for a consumer-facing product • Experience working on the frontend of the product, with a solid insight of how front-end web services work. • Proficiency in using data and data visualizations to inform product decisions and tell compelling customer stories. • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team, collaborating skillfully across departments to drive performance improvements. • Experience in designing statistically rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses and drive product enhancements. • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Bonus Skills: A background in data science or data analysis, and experience in AdTech are valuable.
