Description
• Define and drive product initiatives and EPICs • Become a subject matter expert in Level 2 SCM use cases • Work closely with cross-functional AMPED teams to develop and launch new features • Engage with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers • Track and analyze product performance metrics • Represent the product team in cross-functional meetings
Requirements
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. • Familiarity with UX design principles and methodologies. • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure and evaluate product performance. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams. • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and secure resources. • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, creating a positive and productive work environment. • Deep understanding of customer needs, with a customer-first mindset and strong empathy for users and stakeholders.
