Description

• Take ownership of the pipeline by developing and executing strategies that target our ideal customer profile, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. • As we continue to scale, you will take lead in spearheading a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. • Drive and further fuel our allbound strategy, ensure the pipeline is filled with qualified leads, and help facilitate easier sales conversions. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey from lead to customer. • Serve as the link between Strise and the external agencies. Be in contact with the agency on a daily basis with new ideas, tactics, and insights. • Focus on customer pain points and tailor messaging to address these effectively. • Actively engage in all aspects of demand generation, leveraging tools and technologies, like AI to drive results.

Requirements

• Strong background in demand generation or digital marketing preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated experience in building high-performing teams. • A proven track record of developing and executing successful demand-generation strategies driving 3x growth. • An in-depth understanding of customer pain points and effective messaging, as well as how to sell it digitally. • Willingness to utilize available tools, including AI, to drive results.
