• Work closely with internal operational and engineering teams to analyse playback data, support complex investigations and contribute to KPI improvement through targeted changes throughout the Broadcast & Streaming chain. • Collaborating with Product and Engineering to realise the improvements as part of the delivery roadmap. • Collaborate with other teams across the organization to develop best practice workflows and systems for quality monitoring, incident management and reporting. • Translate complex video playback KPI data into concise executive summaries, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. • Effectively represent the team by communicating and presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy for both reactive and proactive monitoring of video playback Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Manage a team of analysts who are responsible for the day-to-day assessment of; DAZN Events, impact of changes and technical improvements, Broadcast & Streaming performance and investigation of opportunities for improvement.
• Proven track record in developing and executing data reporting strategies, including defining new KPIs and leveraging data visualisation tools. • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization of data. • Experience working on real time broadcast and streaming QoS measurement systems and data to track, detect and report on issues. • Experience with broadcast and streaming technologies in an operational environment. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively translate complex data into easily understandable executive summaries. • Understand what’s important to measure and resolve for live video streaming with an extensive understanding of all the elements that make up a video streaming delivery service. • Experience of creating, updating, promoting internal documentation, reports and process documents. • Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
