Description
• Work with Business Analysts to raise new requests. • Look after Continuous Development backlog. • Ensure processes are followed and priorities met for all sizes of requests. • Liaise with business stakeholders to facilitate the communications with the development team. • Address impediments as they arise, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved. • ‘Spot the smoke’, identifying challenges before they affect delivery. • Maintain regular reporting of activities.
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Skilfully organised and with a keen eye for details. • Capable of working to deadlines and to handle multiple requests simultaneously. • A commercial acumen mindset able to align with business drivers. • Knowledge of Project Management methods. • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment. • Experience of working with transactional websites. • Experience in the Intershop website platform. • Team management skills.
