• Monitoring key site KPIs: GP (Gross Profit), CVR, Bounce Rate, AOV, Exit Rates, Traffic, etc… • Using analytics to understand the customer journey and come up with initiatives to improve sales. • Visual merchandising, updating the visual merchandising based on sales trends and macro trends along with exploring further the possibilities of the tool. • Working alongside the wider team to adapt the trading plan globally and locally and making to deliver on targets and grow sales in our key regions. • Forecast sales and orders along with the Commercial Director and report on achievement to support warehouse operations. • Communicate with the wider Commercial team on sales performance and channel performance to help optimize performance and budget efficiency. • Create discount list (pricing uploads) according to the trade plan taking in count our stock position and key areas of focus. • Create, implement and report on A/B & MVT tests alongside the web team. • Lead and manage development agency to support on key website projects. • Use Shopify to update the relevant collection pages and tag products accordingly to update VM rules. • Create and plan newsletters according to the trading plan and objectives. • Enable data across the business through Tableau BI Tools and other relevant platforms (Looker, Supermetrics, Google Sheets, Excel etc…) to move towards a self-service data organization. • Drive the transition of the business towards a new data server. • Develop a better understanding of our audience through customer insights. • Review and implement tags where needed via GTM (Google Tag Manager). • Answer ad hoc requests coming through from multiple stakeholders in a timely manner. • Explore new tools to drive better insights around CRO / Customer Insights / Market Insights.
• Previous recent experience working in an ecommerce or agency environment at Manager level with demonstrated success in the role(s). • Good analytical skills to support data-led decision making. • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills. • A firm grasp on supporting technologies & ecommerce fundamentals. • Hands on experience with Shopify, Google Suite (Sheets, Looker, GA, GTM), Excel (Advanced) and TikTok Shop. • SQL (Intermediate – know how to do a join), Python (Knowledge of Pandas), Shopify, Algolia, Tableau Dashboard (dashboard creation). • Experience of being able to juggle multiple products / brands, multiple tasks, can work to a plan and work in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working in a scaled omnichannel environment, operating in multiple geographical markets. • Proactive and committed to meeting new challenges with a positive attitude. • Strong time-management skills; able to prioritise tasks & change direction with agility. • Excellent communication skills: experience of working with different cultures and the challenges this can bring.
