•Proactively managing a portfolio of approximately 25 to 30 accounts with an employee size of 2500+ •Build close, long-term client relationships that create customer loyalty •Actively managing and leading on multiple complex projects •Proactively working to identify and solve issues •Anticipating and handling client enquiries efficiently •Providing advice on engagement theories and strategies •Working with Implementation team to onboard new clients •Consistently working towards client retention •Building a detailed view of risks and opportunities •Keeping product knowledge up-to-date •Analysing metrics to demonstrate programme value •Gathering client feedback for new features •Providing external training to drive adoption •Ensuring Salesforce accuracy and client admin tasks completion •Travelling to meet clients and attending events •Advocating for your client internally
