Description

• Manage the daily marketing relationships with our strategic brand partners, whilst handling partner communications and calendar maintenance • Be responsible for asset delivery for partner marketing activations and facilitate product call-ins and any other ad hoc partner requirements on an ongoing basis • Coordinate the execution of all partner marketing activity including managing contractual budgets throughout each financial year • Collaborate with our content, brand communications, marketing planning, project management and analytics teams to plan partnership activity in consideration of the marketing calendar • Ensure that all partner activity is delivered within set deadlines and against seasonal budgets and report on brand partnership performance, sharing data and insights with senior team members • Source and maintain up to date product information for all campaign activities • Supporting the Planning and Ops Team on all marketing campaign administration • Run retail communications including sale, in-store events, new store launches both with our internal and external contacts • Be responsible for retail marketing opportunities including asset and brand delivery to full and off-price teams

Requirements

• Previous luxury fashion or beauty background is preferred • Experience within marketing partnering and having worked with budgets are highly desirable • Detail-orientated, deadline driven and able to multi-task with solid organisational skills • Ability to work under pressure, at pace and adapt to constantly evolving work environment • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
