• Partner with the Chief People Officer to design and execute people strategies that align with our business objectives. • Champion initiatives that support our mission, culture, and values. • Lead the Head of Talent Acquisition to attract and hire the best talent, enhancing our employer brand and recruitment processes. • Lead the Head of People Operations to build and maintain efficient people processes, ensure compliance, and optimize people systems and our partnering framework, as well as supporting our Reward function. • Cultivate a positive workplace environment by addressing employee relations issues, promoting open communication, and resolving conflicts effectively. • Manage the Head of L&D to create impactful training programs and leadership development initiatives that foster continuous learning and growth and prepare Quantexa for our next stage of growth. • Mentor and empower your People team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. • Develop and monitor People metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of People strategies and initiatives, providing regular reports to the CPO.
