Description

• Partner with the Chief People Officer to design and execute people strategies that align with our business objectives. • Champion initiatives that support our mission, culture, and values. • Lead the Head of Talent Acquisition to attract and hire the best talent, enhancing our employer brand and recruitment processes. • Lead the Head of People Operations to build and maintain efficient people processes, ensure compliance, and optimize people systems and our partnering framework, as well as supporting our Reward function. • Cultivate a positive workplace environment by addressing employee relations issues, promoting open communication, and resolving conflicts effectively. • Manage the Head of L&D to create impactful training programs and leadership development initiatives that foster continuous learning and growth and prepare Quantexa for our next stage of growth. • Mentor and empower your People team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. • Develop and monitor People metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of People strategies and initiatives, providing regular reports to the CPO.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in implementing advanced HR practices, with a demonstrated history of success in leadership roles within dynamic, fast-paced settings. • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to roll-your-sleeves up when needed. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. • Strong analytical, project and change management skills. • An obsession for efficient and effective process creation, management and continuous improvement. • Data driven: data is the foundation of your way of working. • Detail orientated: high standards means sweating the details. • Hard working: you have an exceptional work ethic and enjoy working hard on complex issues to do the right thing and achieve the optimal outcome. • Efficient and effective: you’re pragmatic, look for synergies and streamline processes; fostering the same in your team. • Culture-obsessed: your biggest lever of performance is culture. • Long-term thinking: you have the vision to craft a function fit for our next phase of growth and beyond. • Passionate leader and coach: supporting your teams’ growth and development is critical to your own success.
