Description
• Provide expert psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to adult patients within the community • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans • Offer leadership and support to junior medical staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development • Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and clinical reviews to enhance patient care • Contribute to service improvement initiatives, working towards delivering high-quality mental health services
Requirements
• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and a license to practice • AC/S12 essential • CCT in General Adult Psychiatry or equivalent • Substantial experience in General Adult Psychiatry within a community setting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
