Description
• Building therapeutic relationships with clients using a person-centered recovery approach • Providing psychologically informed interventions • Collaborating with the Core Locality Multi-Disciplinary Team and appropriate intensive Pathways to support clients in developing their recovery plans and promoting personal responsibility • Assisting clients in accessing local community resources and statutory services • Acting as the named key-worker for a number of clients • Facilitating group work under the supervision of senior staff and participating in other clinical activities as required
Requirements
• Experience working with young people or adults with care and support needs • A person-centered and strengths-based approach to practice • Previous experience working with young people with learning disabilities • Familiarity with relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014, Children Act 1989/2004, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Children and Families Act 2014, Equality Act 2010, and Human Rights Act 1998
