Description
• Lead CyberEdBoard's membership engagement strategy • Promote consistent online activity • Work closely with staff across the organization • Design and execute content for CyberEdBoard Talks • Act as a liaison between members and ISMG events • Manage and facilitate members-only working groups • Conduct annual reviews with members • Engage with members to catalyze impact • Daily moderation in CyberEdBoard app
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in PR, Communication, Marketing, or related areas • 3-5 years of experience in membership or community management/development • Experience working with CISOs or C-Level executives • Strong understanding of cybersecurity industry and technology • Prior experience in Events or Journalism • Strong understanding of Excel, Projects, PowerPoint • Meticulous attention to detail & strong organization skills • Self-starter with ability to multitask and tackle tight deadlines • Excellent customer service skills • Independent thinker with solution-oriented mindset
