• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to address the needs of clients in their own homes or community settings • Providing expert occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, enhance function, and improve quality of life • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, nurses, and support workers, to ensure holistic care delivery • Offering advice, support, and education to clients, families, and caregivers to facilitate self-management and optimize outcomes • Maintaining accurate documentation and records in compliance with professional and organizational standards
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy • HCPC registration and eligibility to work in the UK • UK driver's license and access to your own car • Previous experience working as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist in an adult community setting • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
