• Partner with the People Team and cross-functional stakeholders in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR operational programs and processes. • Manage the People Team’s tech stack, including HRIS, ATS, CLM, etc. and manage implementations and integrations end to end. • Ensure seamless integration between systems and automations to gain efficiencies. • In a context of continuous improvement and structuring, create and formalize relevant processes and harmonize existing ones. Ability to optimize processes for scale, yet accommodating for geo nuances across EU, APAC and North America. • Maintain HR data integrity and accuracy. • Draw up all the social and HR KPI dashboards needed to monitor staff activity: headcount, absenteeism, payroll, gender equality index, turnover, etc. • Analyze what the company is doing well and come up with ways to improve what it’s doing by keeping track of and analyzing peoples insights. • Collaborate with People Operations Partners to enhance the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. • Partner with People team to drive initiatives that improve employee engagement and address Primigos’ feedback. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. • Conduct comprehensive audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including privacy standards and both ISO and SOC II regulations. • Implement policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and company standards.
• 5+ years of experience in People Operations and/or Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and People/HR compliance-related roles with HRIS management. • Experience working in scale-up environments with a global remit; remote working experience is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. • Comfortable making decisions in fast paced environments and within ambiguity. Able to work under pressure and adapt whilst ensuring proper communication across the business to ensure the cross-functional teams are coming along the journey. • Previous experience preparing or reviewing payroll elements and sharing them with payroll service providers and employer of record, validating pay slips, pension requirements, severance pay, in collaboration with Finance, considered a strong plus.
