Description

• As Marketing Campaign & Events Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic campaign planning and flawless execution of events within Prime. • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and events to achieve business objectives and strengthen our market position. • Coordinate all communications pre, during, and post-event to maximize engagement and impact. • Track campaign metrics and analyze data to optimize performance and ROI. • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and events, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI and desired outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred • Proven experience in marketing campaign planning and event management within the medical communications industry or B2B • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate team members • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends • 7+ years experience in a managerial/senior marketing role
